aesign's personal pkl layout

this is a program made with PKL (Portable Keyboard Layout; https://pkl.sourceforge.net/, https://github.com/Portable-Keyboard-Layout)

i made it to contain charcters for a latinisation of my runic writing system as well as to include some useful characters often left out of a normal keyboard. i use it as my main layout and the only annoyance i have so far is that the x key being replaced with ð makes it a bit more hassling (is that even a word?) to type certain commands and filename extensions.
